How does our custom form design service work?

STEP 1: PLANNING

What does this form need to do? How does it need to be presented to the client? What information does it need to have to make your process easier? Think about this and jot down ideas. Even better, sketch out how you envision the form looking or laid out.

We will also need your brand design requirements, such as logo, colors, fonts, etc.

STEP 2: Start the design

Next, it's time to put “cursor to screen” and do some design work. We will create a template with your logo, brand colors, and fonts. Then, we will start to gather all of the information and build the basic form. We will save the form as a basic PDF and send it to you for review.

STEP 3: Review

Next, take a look at the PDF and let us know your thoughts. Does the design and layout work for you? Do you have enough space for some of the fields and information you need to gather? Mark up the changes you’d like to see, scan it, and email it back to us.

STEP 4: REVISIONS

We will get all of your revisions included and then generate another PDF for you.

STEP 5: COMPLIANCE REVIEW

Next, send the PDF to your compliance department for review. Let us know what revisions they would like to see.

STEP 6: FINAL PRINT PDF

We will implement all of the changes and then generate our final printable PDF form.

STEP 7: Interactive Form (OPtional)

Now, the exciting part! We will turn that printable PDF into an interactive form that you and your clients can type into and save.

STEP 8: WEB VERSION IN JOTFORM (OPTIONAL)

If you are interested, we can also build this form into an interactive web form. Simply email the link to your clients, and they can fill out the form whenever and wherever they are. They can submit it securely, and you will receive the submission.
