How does it work?

STEP 1: PLANNING

Around the 15th of the month, we will send you an email to invite you to start the planning process. We can schedule a planning call, or, if you already know what topics you’d like to cover, you can fill out our planning form from our website.

STEP 2: DESIGNING NEW GRAPHICS & WRITING TEXT

During the last week of the month, we get to work and start designing and writing your posts. We include a variety of topics, based on what topics you want to cover. They are all personalized with your name and contact information. We also write text for each post, providing text that you can use verbatim, or edit to write it in your own voice.

If your plan includes custom design hours, you can also send us your own images and ideas for custom or personal posts.

STEP 3: DELIVERY OF IMAGES & CAPTIONS

When your images and captions are ready, we email them over to you or your BOA.

STEP 4: COMPIANCE APPROVAL & REVISIONS

You or your BOA can simply forward the images to compliance for a quick and easy turnaround. The vast majority of our images have already passed compliance at least once. If any revisions are needed, we will get that done right away for you.

STEP 5: YOU POST (& BOOST) TO SOCIAL MEDIA

Simply use our captions (or add your own) and then post them to your social media accounts. Boost their reach using Facebook’s geographic, interests, and demographic targeting, which we provide for each post.

  • Yes, we work with advisors on a 12-month contract. After that period, you can sign another contract at a discount, or continue to work with us month-to-month for as long as you like.

  • I am going to do everything I can to make this an incredible experience for you. Typically though, we don’t carry unused resources over to the next month. If you have some extenuating circumstances in a given month or two, just let us know and we’ll be happy to work with you. The golden rule, right?

  • While the majority of my work has already gone through some compliance department, it’s very likely you will need to submit your content. Each firm's compliance department requires different things so you will still need to have your compliance office review and approve these for your use.

  • We’re excited to get started too. As soon as we receive the initial payment we are off and running. We provide invoices that you can pay with any marketing funds you have available or pay online with a credit card.

  • Social media is an odd form of marketing in that it is so far at the top of the sales funnel that many people view it as "above" the sales funnel. It tends to be more of a dinner party hangout rather than a traditional marketing campaign that you can assign an ROI.

  • Since you should maintain control over your social accounts, you will be responsible for uploading these images, writing captions, and posting them on Facebook or LinkedIn.

  • We typically email the images to you since you need to email them on to compliance anyway. If you need them delivered in a different way, let us know

  • We can, yes! Typically we concentrate on digital marketing designs, like graphics, banner images, printable PDFs, etc. Check out our graphic design page for some examples. But even if you have a small print need, ask us, and we’ll let you know if we can help.
